Technician / Operator - Production ( Indore Plant)
GUFIC BIOSCIENCES LIMITED
Multiple positions open for various operators who are responsible to operator vial filling/ sealing machine, autoclave, ampoule filling machine, manufacturing of injectable.
Role & responsibilities :
Production Operations
- Operate and monitor sterile manufacturing equipment such as:
- Autoclaves
- Filling machines
- Vial/ampoule washing machines
- Lyophilizers (where applicable)
- Perform activities related to:
- Solution preparation
- Filtration
- Filling, sealing, and inspection
- Follow aseptic techniques during all operations in classified areas.
Documentation & Compliance
- Complete batch manufacturing records (BMR), equipment logbooks, and daily production records accurately.
- Follow SOPs, cGMP, and data integrity principles at all times.
- Report deviations, breakdowns, or abnormalities immediately to supervisors.
Cleanroom & Hygiene
- Adhere to gowning procedures and cleanroom behavior.
- Perform area and equipment cleaning as per SOP.
- Maintain cleanliness and environmental control in sterile areas.
Equipment & Safety
- Perform routine checks and minor troubleshooting of equipment.
- Ensure proper use of PPE and adherence to EHS guidelines.
- Support validation, media fills, and aseptic process simulations.
