Technician Supervisor

• A Technical Supervisor leads a team of technicians to ensure smooth, high-quality technical operations, maintenance, and project delivery. They troubleshoot complex issues, enforce safety protocols, and optimize workflows, acting as a liaison between staff and management. Key responsibilities include training staff, scheduling, and maintaining compliance.
• Key Responsibilities
• Team Leadership: Supervise, train, mentor, and motivate technical staff to maintain high performance and service standards
• Operational Oversight: Manage day-to-day technical operations, ensuring equipment functionality and project deadlines are met.
• Technical Support: Troubleshoot complex technical problems, provide advanced support, and act as an escalation point.
• Maintenance & Compliance: Ensure compliance with industry safety regulations and company policies, while maintaining accurate documentation
• Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements to technical workflows, procedures, and efficiency.
• Project Management: Coordinate project activities, allocate resources, and report on progress.
• Required Skills and Qualifications
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., IT, Engineering, Technology) or equivalent work experience.
• Experience: Proven experience as a technical supervisor, team lead, or in a similar technical role.
• Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of the specific technical area (e.g., IT, manufacturing, electronics) and diagnostic equipment.
• Leadership: Strong leadership, decision-making, and interpersonal abilities.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for reporting and team coordination.
• Organization: Strong project management and organizational skills.
