About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Tekla Structural Steel Design Engineer based in Vadodara. We are looking for engineers with strong expertise in Tekla Modeling, Structural Steel Design, and Connection Design to deliver high-quality steel structure projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Tekla Modeling & Detailing of steel structures, ensuring clash-free designs.
• Preparation & checking of GA, Erection, Fabrication (Part & Assembly) Drawings.
• Generate & validate Tekla Reports (Assembly list, Bolt list, Part discrete list, etc.).
• Create NC Files, MTOs, and BOMs with accuracy.
• Interpret Structural & Architectural Drawings.
• Coordinate with internal SPOCs & client engineers, raising RFIs to resolve discrepancies.
• Upload Tekla models, final drawings (PDF), and deliverables to FTP servers.
• Apply knowledge of steel connections, fabrication processes, and erection sequences.
• Use AutoCAD and other design tools as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Diploma / BE / BTech in Mechanical or Civil Engineering.
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Tekla Modeling & Detailing.
• Strong knowledge of Structural Steel Design principles & standards.
• Proficiency in connection design and fabrication workflows.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
