As a Telecaller / Tele Sales Executive at TechVistar IT Solutions in Bangalore, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team by promoting IT hardware products and technology solutions. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Making outbound calls to potential and existing customers to introduce the companys IT hardware products and technology solutions.
  • Generating and qualifying leads for products such as laptops, desktops, servers, networking equipment, security solutions, and IT infrastructure services.
  • Identifying customer requirements and sharing relevant product or solution information.
  • Scheduling appointments or meetings for the sales team with interested prospects.
  • Maintaining accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in the CRM or internal database.
  • Following up on inquiries, quotations, and pending business opportunities.
  • Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers.
  • Supporting the sales team in achieving monthly lead generation and revenue targets.
  • Keeping updated with the companys product portfolio and IT solutions.

Required Skills:

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
  • Basic understanding of IT hardware or technology solutions is preferred.
  • Ability to work with MS Office, CRM tools, and basic computer applications.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.

Qualifications:

  • Any Graduate / Diploma (preferably in Business, IT, or related field).
  • Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
  • Experience in tele-calling, tele sales, inside sales, or IT sales support will be an added advantage.
