Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Management & Calling:
  • Make outbound calls to prospective students sourced from inquiry databases.
  • Handle inbound admission inquiries over the phone.
  • Follow up with students who have expressed interest through various channels such as the website, social media, walk-ins, or education fairs.
  • Maintain daily call logs and ensure updates on CRM/admission software.
  • Student Counselling Support:
  • Offer detailed information on:
  • Engineering programs available.
  • Specializations offered within the programs.
  • Eligibility criteria and details on entrance exams.
  • Fee structures and available scholarship options.
  • Facilities provided within the hostel and campus.
  • Address any queries raised by students and parents in a professional and courteous manner.

Qualification Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Previous experience in telecalling or customer service roles will be advantageous.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM/admission software is a plus.
