Job Description
Skills Spehere is looking for a confident and result-oriented Caller (Telecaller/Education Counselor) to join our growing team in Shalimar Bagh, Delhi. The candidate will be responsible for handling student inquiries, counseling them about our courses, and converting leads into admissions.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to students and parents from provided leads
- Handle inbound calls and respond to course-related inquiries
- Explain Skills Spehere courses (Digital Marketing, English Speaking, IT & more) clearly
- Follow up with interested candidates and maintain proper records
- Achieve daily/weekly calling and conversion targets
- Coordinate with the marketing and counseling team
- Maintain a polite, professional, and positive attitude on calls
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Good communication skills in English & Hindi
- Basic knowledge of sales or counseling (education sector preferred)
- Confident personality with convincing skills
- Ability to handle objections and close admissions
- Freshers are welcome (training will be provided)
- Experience in telecalling or education counseling is a plus
