Role & Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers.
- Understand and assess loan requirements.
- Explain financial products and documentation.
- Handle queries and guide customers.
- Maintain CRM records accurately.
- Meet daily and monthly targets.
- Ensure full compliance with financial guidelines.
What We're Looking For
- Education: 12th Pass minimum (Graduation preferred).
- Experience: 0-3 years in telecalling, sales, or finance.
- Fluent English Communication (Must).
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and CRM usage.
- Target-driven and proactive attitude.
