As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective customers, handling incoming calls, and maintaining accurate records in Excel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote our products and services
- Handle incoming calls from customers and provide timely and accurate information
- Maintain a database of customer information and sales activities in MS-Excel
- Follow up with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets
- Provide feedback and suggestions for improving the sales process
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate with customers
