Job Description:
Theroheal is looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to handle inbound calls from customers. The ideal candidate should have valuable communication skills and be comfortable interacting with customers over the phone.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer calls professionally and politely
- Provide accurate information about company services
- Understand customer requirements and resolve queries
- Maintain proper call records and customer details
- Follow up with customers when required
Languages Required:
- Hindi
- Bengali
- English
Requirements:
- Good verbal communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to handle customers patiently
- Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply
