Salary: ₹12,000 - ₹15,000 per month + Incentives
Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and persuasive Telecaller / Junior Counsellor to join our admissions team. The primary responsibility is to cold-call potential leads, follow up with inquiries, and generate walk-ins for counselling sessions. If you are someone with great communication skills and a passion for student engagement, we’d love to have you on board!
Key Responsibilities:
- Cold Calling & Follow-Ups: Contact potential students via phone, explain our courses, and convince them to visit the center.
- Lead Management: Maintain and update the database of leads, follow up consistently, and convert inquiries into walk-ins.
- Counselling Assistance: Briefly counsel students and parents over the phone, addressing their initial queries.
- Target Achievement: Work towards achieving weekly/monthly walk-in and admission targets.
- Event Promotion: Inform leads about workshops, seminars, and events happening at the center.
Requirements:
- Experience: 0-2 years in telecalling, sales, or counselling (Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome).
- Education: Minimum Higher Secondary (12th pass) or Graduate.
- Skills:
- Excellent verbal communication in English, Bengali, and Hindi.
- Persuasive and confident approach.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM software preferred).
- Ability to handle rejections and stay motivated.
