Red9SysTech Pvt Ltd is looking for motivated Telecallers / Sales Executives to promote professional IT skill development programs to working professionals, job seekers, and students.

Key Responsibilities :

• Make outbound calls to working professionals and prospective learners to promote IT training programs
• Clearly explain course details and career benefits in Tamil
• Understand candidate requirements and suggest suitable programs
• Follow up with interested leads and convert them into admissions
• Achieve assigned monthly sales targets
• Maintain daily call reports and performance updates

Eligibility Criteria :

• Candidates from Erode, Karur, Salem, Coimbatore & nearby towns preferred
• Strong Tamil communication and convincing skills
• Comfortable working in a sales & target-based environment
• Basic computer knowledge
• Must have personal laptop & stable internet connection
• Freshers with good speaking skills are welcome
