Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller – Tours & Travel to handle customer inquiries, generate leads, and promote travel packages over calls. The candidate should have good communication skills and a customer-friendly approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads
- Handle inbound customer inquiries related to travel packages
- Explain tour packages, destinations, pricing, and travel details
- Follow up with customers and convert inquiries into bookings
- Maintain customer database and update call records regularly
- Coordinate with sales and operations team for confirmations
- Handle customer queries and provide accurate information
- Achieve daily calling targets and lead conversion targets
Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to convince customers and close inquiries
- Strong listening skills and polite calling etiquette
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Email, CRM)
- Fluent in Hindi and English (Marathi preferred)
Preferred Candidate
- Experience in travel industry telecalling will be an advantage
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply
Education Qualification
- Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred
Work Location
Pune – Koregaon Park (On-site)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹9,218.20 - ₹32,181.69 per month
