Job Title: Telesales Executive

Elegibility: Any graduate or Post Graduate

Experiance: 1-3 years

Job Role & responsibilities: -

Here are the roles and responsibilities for a telesales executive:

  • Cold Calling: Initiate outbound calls to potential customers who have not expressed interest in the company's products or services. This involves introducing the company and its offerings.
  • Lead Generation: Research and identify potential leads or prospects. Use databases, online research, and other tools to create a list of potential customers.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the products or services being offered in order to effectively communicate their features and benefits to potential customers.
  • Customer Engagement: Engage with potential customers in a friendly and professional manner. Build rapport and establish a connection to keep the conversation going.
  • Qualify Leads: Ask questions to determine the needs and interests of potential customers and assess whether they are a good fit for the company's products or services.
  • Explain Benefits: Clearly and persuasively explain the benefits of the product or service to potential customers and address any questions or objections they may have.
  • Closing Sales: Actively work towards closing the sale by providing pricing information, suggesting options, and using sales techniques to persuade the customer to make a purchase.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain detailed and accurate records of each call, including customer information, call outcome, and follow-up actions. This data is typically entered into a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
  • Follow-Up: After initial contact, follow up with potential customers who expressed interest but did not make a purchase. This involves additional calls or emails to nurture the lead.
  • Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas set by the company. Performance is often measured by the number of successful sales made.
  • Objection Handling: Be prepared to handle objections and rejections from potential customers in a professional and convincing manner.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries, issues, and concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Required Key skills: -

  • Communication Skills: Clear and effective communication is essential for building rapport, explaining product benefits, and addressing customer questions or objections.
  • Active Listening: The ability to listen carefully to the customer's needs, concerns, and objections is crucial for tailoring your pitch and responding appropriately.
  • Empathy: Understanding and empathizing with the customer's perspective can help build trust and rapport, making it easier to address their needs and concerns.
