We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys managing office operations, handling IT assets, and supporting administrative and HR activities to ensure smooth day-to-day business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage company laptop assets and IT inventory
  • Troubleshoot basic laptop, internet, and network issues
  • Coordinate with vendors for IT support and procurement
  • Handle daily office administration and courier coordination
  • Manage stationery procurement and office supplies
  • Support expense tracking and basic accounts documentation
  • Assist with employee onboarding, exit formalities, and HR documentation

Who can apply:

  • Freshers or candidates with 0–1 year experience
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office / Excel
  • Good organisational and communication skills
