Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ranchi for a Territory Development Manager in Diagnostics. The responsibilities include identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing and growing existing client relationships, and achieving sales targets for diagnostic services. The role requires market analysis, planning, and strategy development to expand the company's presence in the territory. Regular collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction is integral to the role.

• Strong relationship management and client engagement abilities to nurture and grow key accounts

• Proven experience in diagnostics, healthcare, or a relevant field is highly desirable
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Management, Science, or a related field
• Willingness to travel as required within the assigned territory
