Greeting and Resolving Customer Queries: Trainee Captains are responsible for welcoming guests and addressing their queries promptly and efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction.
Training and Supervision: They assist in training new staff members and ensuring that all team members are familiar with the menu, specials, and wine list.
Operational Support: Trainee Captains help with daily F&B service, including opening/closing procedures and managing staff duty rosters.
Customer Service: They handle customer inquiries, complaints, and ensure high guest satisfaction by providing courteous service.
Coordinating with Kitchen Staff: Ensuring seamless coordination and cooperation with kitchen staff for smooth operations.
Knowledge of Food and Beverage: Knowledge of food and beverage menu items, wines, and spirits is essential for providing a comprehensive service.
