We are seeking a skilled contingent application developer to design, build, and maintain Airtable-based applications and integrate them with Snowflake data warehouses. This role will focus on enabling scalable, reliable data workflows, improving operational visibility, and empowering business users through well-designed Airtable solutions.
The ideal candidate has solid hands-on experience with Airtable (including automations and scripting), Snowflake data integration, with an emphasis on clean architecture, security, and performance.
- Key Responsibilities**
- Design and develop Airtable applications, including bases, tables, views, interfaces, automations, and scripts
Integrate Airtable with Snowflake using SQL queries, APIs, middleware, or ETL/ELT tools
- Build and maintain data pipelines to sync data between Airtable and Snowflake (bi-directional where required)
- Implement data validation, error handling, and monitoring for integrations
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions
- Optimize Airtable and Snowflake usage for performance, reliability
- Ensure data governance, access controls, and security best practices are followed
- Document application designs, integration patterns, and operational processes
- Provide ongoing support, enhancements, and troubleshooting as needed
- Required Skills & Experience**
- Proven advanced experience developing applications in Airtable, including Automations, Scripting (JavaScript), Interfaces and permission models
- Solid understanding of Snowflake databases, schemas and tables (fact vs dimensions)
- experience working with Snowflake, including Data modelling, SQL and Secure data access patterns
- Solid understanding of data architecture and cloud-based data platforms
- Ability to work independently in a contract environment and deliver to defined milestones
- Strong communication skills and ability to partner with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

- Production-ready Airtable applications aligned with business needs
- Reliable, documented integrations between Airtable and Snowflake
- Explicit technical documentation and handoff materials
- Measurable improvements in data accuracy, visibility, and workflow efficiency
