Position: Telecaller
Experience: Freshers/ Interns
Location: Mohali, Chandigarh.
Job Type: Full-time/ Half day
Job Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to customers/leads
- Explain products/services clearly
- Answer customer queries politely
- Maintain call records and follow-ups
- Achieve daily/weekly call targets
Requirements:
- Fresher candidates are welcome
- Good communication skills (Hindi / English / Regional language)
- Basic knowledge of mobile & computer
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work in a team
