Job Title: US Immigration & Technical Recruiter

Role Overview:
We are looking for a skilled professional with strong expertise in US immigration processes and visa management for US-bound employees. The role will also provide recruitment support across global positions as needed. Responsible for supporting recruitment for US and other international positions as required.Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for end-to-end US immigration processes including H-1B, L-1, O-1, Green Card and dependent visas
- Support recruitment and onboarding for US positions when required
- Coordinate with legal teams and vendors on visa documentation and compliance
- Maintain accurate immigration and employee records in HR systems
- Assist in workforce planning and resource allocation for US projects
- Provide guidance and updates to employees on immigration policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in US immigration and recruitment
- Knowledge of US labour laws and visa regulations
- Experience with ATS, HRMS, and immigration tracking tools
- Strong communication, coordination, and organisational skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹500, ₹1,000,000.00 per year
