Job Title: User Research- Calling Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a User Research- Calling Executive to support our ongoing user feedback and experience analysis initiatives within the Product/UX team at Hoora Technologies.

As we conduct multiple user research activities on a weekly basis, this role will help streamline the feedback collection process and improve the turnaround time for user research reports, enabling better product and UX decision-making.

This is primarily a calling-based role, where the candidate will interact with users to gather insights about their experience with the platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Call users from the shared database, including application drop-offs, inactive users, and NPS feedback lists
  • Understand and document reasons for app drop-offs, non-usage, or low NPS ratings
  • Collect feedback related to user experience, service issues, app usability, pricing, and overall satisfaction
  • Identify and record issues faced by users during booking, service providing, or while using the app
  • Accurately document all user responses and insights for research reports
  • Maintain polite, empathetic, and professional communication during all interactions
  • Coordinate with the Product/UX team to share structured feedback and observations

Requirements

  • Valuable communication skills (Hindi and basic English)
  • Comfortable speaking with users over phone calls
  • Basic computer knowledge for documenting feedback
  • Patient, empathetic, and detail-oriented personality
  • Prior calling or customer interaction experience is a plus, but not mandatory

Preferred Candidate

  • Freshers or candidates with experience in telecalling, customer support, or feedback calling
  • Candidates who are comfortable conducting multiple calls daily

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹180,000.00 per year
