As a Customer Experience (CX) designer, your role will involve delivering an engaging customer-focused digital experience across various company assets like the website and customer service portal. You will be responsible for creating human-centered designs to enhance customer journeys, identify pain points, and develop solutions that result in a superior digital customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leverage your CX design skills to create compelling UIUX solutions based on business requirements.
- Develop end-to-end customer journey maps by applying the principles of customer-centered design.
- Analyze and map consumer behavior on all digital assets using platforms like Contentsquare, Smartlook, and Glassbox.
- Utilize design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Zeplin, Invision, and Adobe XD to bring your designs to life.
- Conduct usability testing of customer journeys using tools like UsabilityHub and UserZoom to refine UIUX concepts.
- Own and deliver key performance indicators (KPIs) for a zero-error environment, increased journey completion rate, and high Net Promoter Score (NPS).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to influence customer roadmaps and deliver best-in-class digital experiences.
- Build and maintain a partner ecosystem to achieve CX objectives for the company.
- Stay updated on customer experience trends and market landscape to implement the best customer-centric UIUX practices.
- Ideate and develop a library of interactive prototypes to define micro interactions and animations.
Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor's degree in design or a related field.
- Working knowledge of UX design principles.
- Familiarity with wireframing/prototyping tools.
- Proficiency in UX design tools like Figma, Axure, or InVision.
- Experience with user testing and usability analysis.
