• Role Overview**
• As a Video Editor at IndieDoers, you will work with a variety of creators and businesses, editing content for platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, and other digital channels. You should be comfortable turning raw footage into polished, high-performing content.**
• Responsibilities**
• Edit
• long-form videos**

(YouTube videos, podcasts, interviews, educational content)

• Edit
• short-form content**

(Reels, Shorts, TikTok-style clips)

• Add
• motion graphics, transitions, captions, and visual effects**

when needed

• Improve pacing, storytelling, and engagement in videos
• Manage multiple editing projects while meeting deadlines
• Collaborate with the team to maintain consistent quality across client content
• Requirements**
• Minimum
• 3 years of professional video editing experience**
• Strong experience with long-form and short-form editing**
• Knowledge of motion graphics and basic animation**
• Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut, or similar**
• Solid sense of storytelling, pacing, and audience retention**
• Ability to work remotely and meet deadlines consistently**
• Portfolio showing real client work or high-quality projects**
• Must Have**
• Experience editing
• YouTube content for creators**
• Understanding of viral short-form content formats**
• Experience working with content agencies or marketing teams**
