Job Overview
We are looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Video Editor + Graphic Designer
with strong expertise in AI-powered design and editing tools. The ideal candidate should be
capable of creating engaging visual content, high-quality videos, marketing creatives, and
brand assets aligned with digital marketing goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Edit and produce high-quality videos for social media, ads, website, and campaigns
- Create reels, promotional videos, explainer videos, corporate videos, and motion
graphics
- Add transitions, sound effects, subtitles, color correction, and visual
enhancements
- Optimize videos based on platform requirements (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn,
etc.)
- Design social media creatives, banners, brochures, infographics, landing page
visuals, and ad creatives
- Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials
- Work closely with the marketing and content teams to deliver campaign creatives
- Use AI tools for faster content creation, image/video enhancement, background
removal, motion generation, and design automation
- Stay updated with the latest AI design trends and tools to improve productivity and
creativityRequired Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop,
Illustrator, Canva
- Expertise in AI tools like Runway ML, Midjourney, DALL·E, Firefly, CapCut AI,
Descript, etc.
- Good understanding of motion graphics, typography, color theory, and visual
storytelling
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing creatives and performance-driven design
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a digital marketing agency / startup environment
- Knowledge of UI creatives, thumbnail optimization, and short-form video trends
- Basic understanding of branding and performance marketing
