🔹 Position 1: Visa CounsellorKey Responsibilities:
- Counsel clients for study visa, visitor visa, PR, and other immigration programs
- Understand client profiles and recommend suitable immigration pathways
- Handle walk-ins, leads, and follow-ups
- Maintain accurate records of inquiries and applications
- Coordinate with documentation and processing teams
- Achieve monthly targets and contribute to business growth
Requirements:
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in immigration/study abroad counseling preferred
- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Sales-oriented mindset
- Basic knowledge of visa processes (Canada preferred)
- Graduate in any discipline
🔹 Position 2: Administrative AssistantKey Responsibilities:
- Manage office administration and documentation
- Maintain client records and data entry
- Coordinate appointments and follow-ups
- Support counsellors and processing team
- Handle basic communication via phone, email, and WhatsApp

- Graduate in any discipline
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling)
