Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Visa Consultant located in Hyderabad. The Visa Consultant will be responsible for assisting clients with visa applications, including preparing and submitting forms, reviewing documents, and communicating with consulates and embassies. The Visa Consultant will also provide guidance on visa regulations and procedures and resolve client inquiries and concerns.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and [local language]
- Demonstrated understanding of visa regulations and procedures
- Experience in a customer service or client-facing role
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask and prioritize
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience in the travel or hospitality industry is a plus.
