Visa Counselor or Digital Marketing Expert (Patiala)

• Provide accurate counseling to students regarding visa options (country, course, and university selection).
• Handle end-to-end visa process, including documents, SOP assistance, filing, and follow-up.
• Guide students on admission requirements, financial documentation, and application timelines.
• Maintain strong knowledge of country-specific visa rules, updates, and compliance.
• Manage student queries through walk-ins, calls, emails, and DMs.
• Maintain and update CRM records regularly.
• Coordinate with internal teams for offer letters, GTE, CAS, COE, LOA, etc.
• Ensure excellent customer service and high conversion rates.
• Achieve monthly counseling & admissions targets.
• Participate in seminars, workshops, and promotional activities when required.

Skills & Qualifications:

• +2 pass out or Bachelor’s degree (Any stream; education/immigration background preferred).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in study visa counseling.
• Strong understanding of study abroad processes (Canada, UK, Australia, USA, NZ, Europe).
• Excellent communication, presentation & interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple cases with accuracy and confidence.
• Good command over documentation and MS Office.
• Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving abilities.
