• Role Overview:**
• The Ops Support Senior Analyst C13 is responsible for the core activities of the Holdings Operations and Technology organization, focusing on change management, banking, and financial planning.
• You will lead initiatives to simplify processes, drive efficiency through digitization, and improve control risk within the organization.
• Your role includes establishing and maintaining a strong change control framework, working with Operations Managers on process improvement, and coordinating financial planning activities.
• Key Responsibilities:**
• Change Management:**
• Provide leadership for change management initiatives post-divestitures, ensuring quality, efficiency, and accuracy in reporting processes.
• Drive organizational evolution and compliance, implement strategies for improvement and efficiency, and reduce manual touchpoints in processes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to drive administrative, operational, reporting, and quality improvements.
• Banking and Financial Planning:**
• Centrally coordinate the departments expense and headcount management processes.
• Manage financial planning activities to ensure teams remain within budget guidelines and maximize available resources.
• Maintain Citi-owned bank accounts and financial reserves, working closely with Finance partners to ensure compliance with standards.
• Track headcount, identify trends, and resolve issues, presenting information to senior management and governance forums.
• Qualifications:**
• 10+ years of relevant experience with a minimum of five years in Operations or Controls Management.
• Knowledge of Citi Risk & Controls, risk-based thinking, and analytical mindset.
• Ability to manage relationships across multiple functions, work independently, and communicate effectively.
• Proficiency in basic Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Education:**
• Bachelors/University degree or equivalent experience.
