Role Overview:

You will be the Head Warehouse Business Development at Pon Pure Logistics India Private Limited in Chennai. Your primary responsibility will be to drive the growth of the warehousing business by identifying new opportunities, expanding warehouse footprint, and achieving revenue targets. This role will require market analysis, client acquisition, pricing strategy, and close coordination with operations and cross-functional teams for successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new warehousing business opportunities across 3PL, e-commerce, and industrial segments.
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase warehouse footprint and revenue.
  • Analyze market trends, competition, and identify potential expansion opportunities.
  • Handle pricing strategy, contract negotiation, and client acquisition.
  • Develop and scale the operations team based on business acquisition.
  • Coordinate with the operations team to ensure project feasibility and smooth handover.
  • Drive client engagement, solution design, and proposal submissions.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and Operations teams to support business closures.
  • Deliver on annual business development targets and KPIs.

Qualification Required:

  • 1520 years of experience in warehouse business development or logistics.
  • Strong exposure to 3PL, e-commerce, and industrial warehousing.
  • Proven capability in business acquisition, revenue growth, and contract negotiation.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Role Overview:
