About the Role
Shadi Crafted is a premium wedding and event management company specializing in luxury celebrations. We are seeking a dynamic and creative Event Coordinator to plan and execute high-end wedding events. The ideal candidate will have strong coordination skills and the ability to manage both clients and vendors efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate wedding events and related functions from start to finish.
- Communicate directly with clients to understand their vision, preferences, and requirements.
- Manage and coordinate with external vendors, including decorators, caterers, and photographers.
- Assist in event concept creation and creative planning.
- Manage event timelines, budgets, and logistics to ensure seamless operations.
- Resolve any issues during events to maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in event management, wedding planning, or the hospitality industry.
- Experience specifically with luxury weddings or large-scale events is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent client handling and relationship management abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or Business is preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
