Role Overview:

As a member of the HR Operations team at ABB India - Bangalore, you will be responsible for performing day-to-day HR transactions for assigned service lines and countries. Your role will involve managing complex tasks, ensuring high customer experience, and adhering to globally set standards for HR operations. Your work model will be Li-Onsite.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Workday Reporting & Prism Skills: Utilize over 5 years of experience to design, develop, and optimize Advanced, Matrix, Composite reports, Dashboards, and Prism solutions with a focus on data accuracy and performance.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration & Custom Solutions: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather complex reporting requirements and deliver tailored, effective reports that meet business needs.
  • Training, Support & Governance: Provide training and ongoing support for Workday reporting, ensuring compliance and data transparency by collaborating with HR, Security, and Data Governance teams.
  • Release Testing & Technical Proficiency: Manage Workday release testing related to reporting and Prism, using comprehensive knowledge of data modeling, APIs, and architecture to maintain secure and robust reporting systems.

Qualifications Required:

  • Workday Certified professional
  • Bachelors degree in computer systems, Information Technology, Analytics, or a related business area
  • 7+ years of experience in HR technology
  • At least 5 years of experience in Workday reporting
  • Experience with PRISM reporting; Snowflake knowledge
  • Advanced knowledge of Workday calculated fields and business objects
  • Good understanding of Workday security implications on reporting, with attention to detail, problem-solving, resolving issues, and analytical skills Role Overview:
