At Kapture CX, we are looking for an Enterprise Account Executive – APAC in our Enterprise Sales team.

What is this role all about?
We are looking for a high-performing enterprise sales professional to lead Kapture’s growth across key APAC markets. This is a true hunter role where you will own a geography, build pipeline from scratch, engage enterprise decision-makers, and close high-value CX transformation deals across Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, and Australia.

Here’s a more detailed description of what you will do in this role:
- You will own and grow an assigned APAC territory, driving end-to-end enterprise sales for Kapture’s CX and CCaaS solutions.
- You will build and manage your pipeline through outbound prospecting, partner referrals, industry events, networking, and strategic account planning.
- You will manage complex enterprise sales cycles, including discovery, solution positioning, commercial negotiations, stakeholder management, and deal closure.
- You will travel regularly across APAC markets to build executive relationships, accelerate deal velocity, and strengthen local market presence.
- You will collaborate closely with pre-sales, partnerships, marketing, and product teams to drive customer success and market expansion.
This is a Bengaluru-based role. We work five days a week from the office, as we believe in-person interactions fuel innovation and agility.
What does success look like in this role?
Success in this role means consistently building qualified pipeline, winning enterprise customers across APAC markets, expanding Kapture’s market presence, and exceeding revenue targets through strategic and consultative selling.
What would make you a good fit for this role?
Here are the basic requirements:
- You have 6–8 years of experience in B2B enterprise SaaS sales with a strong track record of closing enterprise deals.
- You have sold CX, CCaaS, contact center, customer engagement, or customer support automation solutions.
- You have experience engaging enterprise buyers across APAC markets such as Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, or Australia.
- You are comfortable with regular international travel to the above regions.
What are the most critical skills for this role?
- You can independently build and manage a healthy enterprise sales pipeline through outbound prospecting and account-based selling.
- You are skilled at navigating multi-stakeholder sales cycles and influencing senior business and technology decision-makers.
- You can articulate business value, ROI, and customer outcomes rather than focusing solely on product features.
- You possess strong negotiation, forecasting, and deal-closing capabilities in a competitive SaaS environment.
You will have an advantage if you:
- You have sold AI-powered CX, conversational AI, automation, or customer engagement platforms.
- You have experience working with channel partners, system integrators, or regional reseller networks.
- You have successfully closed deals ranging from $50K to $200K+ ACV in enterprise environments.
- You bring a strong understanding of industry metrics such as CSAT, FCR, AHT, ticket deflection, and customer support operations.
