We're looking for a Senior Demand Generation Manager who thrives on building pipelines, experimenting with new growth channels, and turning marketing into a predictable revenue engine. What You'll Own

As the Senior Demand Generation Manager, you'll own the end-to-end demand generation strategy—from creating awareness to generating qualified pipeline and driving revenue.

You'll partner closely with Sales, SDRs, Product Marketing, Content, and RevOps to accelerate growth across global markets.

What You'll Do

📈 Build a Revenue-First Demand Generation Engine

  • Design and execute integrated demand generation strategies aligned with pipeline and revenue goals.
  • Own quarterly and annual campaign planning across the marketing funnel.

🎯 Drive High-Impact Campaigns

  • Launch and optimize campaigns across different platforms.

🚀 Accelerate Pipeline Growth

  • Generate high-quality MQLs and SQLs.
  • Improve lead-to-opportunity conversion.
  • Partner with SDRs and Sales to maximize pipeline velocity.
  • Optimize campaign ROI through continuous experimentation and A/B testing.

📊 Make Data Your Superpower

  • Track and optimize:pipeline generation, revenue, marketing ROI, cost per lead (CPL), Customer Acquisition Cost, Conversion Rates, Campaign Performance.
  • Translate insights into actionable growth strategies and present them to leadership.

🤝 Collaborate Across Teams

  • Work closely with the Sales, Product & growth team to create seamless, high-converting buyer journeys.

What We're Looking For

Must Have

  • 6–8 years of experience in B2B SaaS demand generation.
  • Proven track record of generating enterprise pipelines.
  • Expertise in performance marketing and digital campaigns.
  • Strong experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, etc.).
  • Excellent analytical and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience collaborating closely with Sales teams.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in AI, CX, CRM, or Enterprise SaaS.
  • Exposure to global markets such as the US, Middle East, Europe, or APAC.
  • Hands-on experience with ABM and intent-based marketing.
