Role Overview
We are looking for someone with 1–4 years of experience in Technology Consulting or Management Consulting to bridge business needs with technology solutions. In this customer-facing role, you will work closely with enterprise clients to understand their technology landscape, recommend scalable solution architectures, and drive successful implementations of Kapture CX.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand customer business processes and existing technology ecosystems to recommend optimal solution designs.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to deliver tailored enterprise solutions.
- Participate in client discovery workshops, requirement gathering, and solution design discussions.
- Build high-level solution architectures and integration approaches for enterprise customers.
- Present technical solutions, product capabilities, and implementation strategies to business and technical stakeholders.
- Work with customers to ensure seamless integration with CRMs, ERPs, ticketing systems, and third-party applications.
- Drive stakeholder engagement throughout the implementation lifecycle and ensure successful project outcomes.
- Translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly recommendations.
- Support Proof of Concepts (POCs), product demonstrations, and technical discussions during the sales cycle.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies, AI-driven CX trends, APIs, and enterprise integration best practices.
Requirements
Experience
- 1–4 years of experience in Technology Consulting (preferred) or Management Consulting.
- Experience working with enterprise customers and cross-functional teams.
- Exposure to SaaS products or enterprise software implementations is preferred.
Technical Skills
- Strong understanding of enterprise application architecture and technology landscapes.
- Knowledge of REST APIs, system integrations, middleware, and cloud-based applications.
- Familiarity with CRM, ERP, Helpdesk, or Customer Experience platforms is an advantage.
- Ability to create solution flows, process diagrams, and integration approaches.
