At Kapture CX, we are looking for a Management Trainee - Customer Experience in our Implementation team.

What is this role all about?

This is an entry-level role for fresh graduates who want to begin their careers in a client-facing and technology-driven environment. You will work closely with internal teams to understand customer needs and support the delivery of AI-enabled solutions on Kapture’s platform.

Here’s a more detailed description of what you will do in this role:

You will work with product, technology and support teams to understand client requirements and business objectives

You will assist in preparing and maintaining documentation such as BRDs, PRDs and user stories

You will support project execution activities under guidance, following Agile or Waterfall methodologies

You will participate in client meetings, demos and training sessions

You will coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth and timely delivery

This is a Bangalore-based role .

We work five days a week from the office, as we believe in-person interactions fuel innovation and agility.

You have basic analytical and logical thinking skills

You can coordinate tasks and follow through on action items

Have exposure to SaaS platforms or tech-enabled products

Have basic knowledge of project management concepts

Are comfortable creating documentation and presentations

Have participated in internships or live projects
