What is this role all about?

We are looking for a Travel Desk Executive to manage end-to-end travel arrangements for employees, clients, and business stakeholders. The ideal candidate should have experience in travel coordination, ticketing, hotel bookings, itinerary planning, and vendor management while ensuring a seamless travel experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle domestic and international travel bookings, including flights, hotels, visas, and transportation.
  • Coordinate travel schedules and prepare detailed travel itineraries.
  • Liaise with airlines, hotels, travel agencies, and other travel vendors to ensure cost-effective bookings.
  • Assist employees with travel-related queries, changes, cancellations, and emergency travel support.
  • Ensure compliance with company travel policies and approval processes.
  • Maintain travel records, booking reports, and expense documentation.
  • Monitor travel costs and identify opportunities for savings.
  • Support visa applications, travel insurance, and other travel documentation requirements.
  • Provide timely updates on travel advisories, flight schedules, and travel regulations.

This is a Bangalore-based role . We work five days a week from the office, as we believe in-person interactions fuel innovation and agility.

What would make you a good fit for this role?

Here are the basic requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • 1–4 years of experience in Travel Desk, Corporate Travel Management, Travel Operations, or a similar role.
  • Knowledge of domestic and international travel booking processes.
  • Familiarity with travel booking portals and reservation systems.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Prior travel agency experience required
