What is this role all about?
This is a high-impact, high-visibility role working directly with the CFO on strategic and operational priorities across the business. You will act as a finance generalist, partnering across teams to drive decision-making through data, financial insights, business analysis, and special projects that shape the company's growth journey.

Here’s a more detailed description of what you will do in this role:
- You will partner closely with the CFO on strategic initiatives, business reviews, financial planning, and organization-wide projects.
- You will analyze business performance, identify trends, and translate complex financial data into actionable insights for leadership teams.
- You will work cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, Product, HR, and other stakeholders to drive key business outcomes.
- You will support budgeting, forecasting, scenario planning, and performance tracking across business units.
- You will lead special projects including process improvements, operational efficiency initiatives, investment evaluations, and executive-level presentations.
This is a Bangalore-based role. We work five days a week from the office, as we believe in-person interactions fuel innovation and agility.

You become a trusted thought partner to the CFO and business leaders, driving better decisions through financial rigor, business understanding, and strong execution while helping scale a fast-growing AI-first SaaS company.
What would make you a good fit for this role?
Here are the basic requirements:
- You are a CA, CFA, MBA, or hold a combination of these qualifications.
- You bring 3–6 years of experience across finance, business analysis, FP&A, consulting, strategy, transaction advisory, or similar functions.
- You have a strong understanding of financial statements, business metrics, and operational drivers.
- You are comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and taking ownership beyond your defined scope.

- You possess strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with exceptional attention to detail.
- You are highly proficient in financial modelling, forecasting, and data-driven decision-making.

You will have an advantage if you:
- You have prior experience in a SaaS, technology, startup, or high-growth environment.
- You have worked directly with CXOs or leadership teams on strategic initiatives.
- You have exposure to investor reporting, board presentations, fundraising, or M&A-related activities.
- You have built dashboards, business intelligence reports, or automation frameworks that improved decision-making.
