What is this role all about?
We are seeking a Delivery Product Manager to support end-to-end execution of AI delivery projects. This role acts as the link between the client, delivery, and product teams—responsible for ensuring smooth implementation, issue resolution, and alignment with the overall AI product ecosystem.

- Review project plans to identify any gaps in deliverables, timelines, or dependencies.
- Provide solution recommendations for custom client requirements or new use cases.
- Participate in client discussions as a product expert, ensuring clarity on capabilities and solution design.
- Collaborate with backend and tech teams to troubleshoot and resolve project-related technical issues.
- Work with other product teams to align deliverables with the broader AI delivery roadmap.
- Track and report progress across ongoing engagements and escalate risks proactively.
- Document product feedback and insights from delivery to help prioritize future enhancements.
This is a Bangalore based role . We work five days a week from the office, as we believe in-person interactions fuel innovation and agility.

You consistently deliver smooth client experiences, drive product adoption, manage relationships, resolve issues before they escalate, and help customers fully leverage Kapture’s platform to achieve measurable business impact.
What would make you a good fit for this role?
Here are the basic requirements:
- 3–6 years of experience in product delivery, product management, or project coordination roles, preferably within a SaaS or AI-led environment.
- Strong functional understanding of enterprise SaaS products, API integrations, and data flows.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills; comfortable interacting with both clients and technical teams.
- Ability to organize, prioritize, and execute multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in dynamic, evolving environments.
- Technical Understanding: Good understanding of APIs, system integrations, databases, and basic coding concepts. Ability to work closely with development teams, understand technical requirements, and support solution delivery.
What are the most critical skills for this role?
- You take ownership and think proactively about client success and platform adoption & optimization.
- You have a strong problem solving and debugging mindset - inspecting logs, tracing errors, and identifying root causes quickly.
- You are proficient with modern tech stacks and monitoring tools like Kafka, Grafana, and Sentry (or similar).
- You communicate technical concepts clearly and in a structured manner to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
You will have an advantage if you:
- Exposure to AI/ML-driven use cases, automation tools, or CRM platforms.
- Experience in client implementation or delivery roles within enterprise SaaS.
