What is this role all about?
As the Director / Senior Director – Enterprise Sales, you will drive strategic revenue growth by winning and expanding large enterprise accounts across North India. You will partner with CXOs, lead complex consultative sales cycles, and play a pivotal role in accelerating Kapture CX's enterprise business while shaping long-term customer relationships.

- You will identify, engage, and close high-value enterprise opportunities while consistently exceeding revenue targets.
- You will build trusted relationships with CXOs and senior business leaders, becoming a strategic advisor throughout the sales journey.
- You will own the complete enterprise sales cycle—from prospecting and solution positioning to commercial negotiations and deal closure.
- You will collaborate closely with Pre-Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Marketing teams to deliver tailored AI-powered CX solutions for enterprise customers.
- You will build a predictable sales pipeline, maintain accurate forecasts, and contribute to Kapture CX's long-term growth strategy.
This is a Gurugram-based role. We work five days a week from the office, as we believe in-person interactions fuel innovation and agility.

You consistently exceed revenue targets, build a strong enterprise pipeline, win strategic logos, and establish Kapture CX as a trusted AI-powered CX partner for leading enterprises.
What would make you a good fit for this role?
Here are the basic requirements:
- You have 7–10 years of experience in Enterprise Sales, preferably within B2B SaaS.
- You have a proven track record of consistently closing large enterprise deals and achieving ambitious sales targets.
- You have experience selling to CXOs and senior decision-makers across enterprise organizations.
- You are comfortable managing long, consultative sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.
What are the most critical skills for this role?
- You excel at consultative and solution-based selling for complex enterprise customers.
- You can build executive-level relationships and influence key business decisions.
- You are skilled at commercial negotiations, deal structuring, and strategic account management.
- You use CRM and sales analytics effectively to manage pipelines and forecast business accurately.
You will have an advantage if you:
- You have experience selling AI, Customer Experience, CRM, Contact Center, or Enterprise SaaS solutions.
- You bring an existing enterprise network across BFSI, Retail, E-commerce, Travel, Logistics, or Consumer Brands.
- You have consistently closed high-value multi-year SaaS contracts.
- You have worked in a fast-growing SaaS organization with exposure to global enterprise customers.
