What is this role all about?
As an Enterprise Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving new business acquisition across enterprise accounts in the North region. You will work closely with CXOs and senior business leaders to understand their customer experience challenges and position Kapture CX's AI-powered platform as the preferred solution. This role is ideal for a high-performing SaaS sales professional who thrives in consultative selling and enterprise account management.

- Own the complete enterprise sales cycle—from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and deal closure.
- Build and manage a healthy pipeline of enterprise opportunities across key industries.
- Engage with CXOs, Heads of Customer Experience, Customer Support, Digital Transformation, and IT to understand business needs and deliver value-driven solutions.
- Drive consultative sales conversations by demonstrating the impact of Kapture CX's AI-powered customer experience platform.
- Collaborate with pre-sales, product, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure successful customer acquisition and onboarding.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline updates using CRM tools.
- Consistently achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
This is a Delhi-based role. We work five days a week from the office, as we believe in-person interactions fuel innovation and agility.

Success in this role means consistently exceeding sales targets, building a strong enterprise pipeline, winning strategic new logos, and establishing trusted relationships with enterprise decision-makers.
What would make you a good fit for this role?
Here are the basic requirements:
- You bring 3–7 years of enterprise sales experience, preferably in a B2B SaaS organization.
- You have experience selling software or technology solutions to mid-market and enterprise customers.
- You have a proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding revenue targets.
- You are experienced in managing complex B2B sales cycles and engaging multiple stakeholders.
- You are based in or willing to relocate to Delhi.

You will have an advantage if you:
- Have prior experience selling CX, CRM, AI, Automation, Helpdesk, or Customer Support SaaS solutions.
- Have worked with enterprise customers across BFSI, Retail, E-commerce, Logistics, Manufacturing, or Healthcare.
- Have experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho CRM.
- Have experience working in a high-growth SaaS startup or scale-up environment.
