Compensation & Benefits
Attractive salary + Incentive EligibilityCandidates achieving sales targets above ₹3,000 are eligible for incentives. Higher incentives are applicable for sales performance exceeding ₹4,000.
Working Schedule
- 27–28 working days per month
- One weekly off between Monday and Friday
- Saturday and Sunday are mandatory working days
- Rotational shifts as per store requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell wellness, healthcare, personal care, and OTC products to customers.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and product knowledge.
- Ensure proper merchandising and display of products.
- Build customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases.
- Support store operations and inventory activities as required.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales, wellness, healthcare, pharmacy, FMCG, or related sectors.
- Strong sales orientation with the ability to meet targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good grooming, professional appearance, and presentation skills are mandatory.
- Customer-focused attitude with a positive approach toward sales.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven retail environment.
