Dental Assistant

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Dental Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will support dental procedures and ensure optimal patient care in a clinical setting. You will play a vital role in maintaining a smooth workflow and enhancing patient experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Assist dentists during procedures by preparing instruments and materials.
• Ensure patient comfort and provide chairside support throughout treatments.
• Manage sterilization of instruments and maintain a clean working environment.
• Conduct preliminary assessments and take dental radiographs as needed.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care.
• Schedule appointments and manage patient records accurately.
• Collaborate with the dental team to improve patient care and clinic efficiency.

Required qualifications

• Certification as a Dental Assistant or equivalent experience.
• 1-15 years of experience in a dental practice.
• Proficient in chairside assistance and dental procedures.
• Strong knowledge of dental hygiene and patient care protocols.

Nice to have

• Experience with dental management software.
• Additional certifications in dental hygiene.
• Fluency in a second language.
