Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and field visits (if applicable).
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat business.
- Present and promote products/services to prospective customers.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Achieve assigned monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare and maintain sales reports, follow-ups, and CRM entries.
- Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations, customer support) to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated with market trends, competitors, and industry developments.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred but not mandatory).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools preferred).
- Goal-oriented mindset and strong work ethic.
