About the Role

As we continue to scale across India and international markets, we're looking for an experienced Marketing Lead to build and drive a high-impact marketing function that strengthens our brand, generates enterprise demand, and accelerates business growth.

You will own Kapture CX's end-to-end marketing strategy and execution across brand, demand generation, product marketing, events, content, digital marketing, and design. You will work closely with Sales, Product, Growth, and Leadership to create scalable marketing programs that drive awareness, pipeline, and revenue.

This is a leadership role for someone who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution and thrives in a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment.

What You'll Own

📈 Marketing Strategy & Business Growth

  • Define and execute Kapture CX's marketing strategy aligned with company growth and revenue objectives.
  • Build integrated marketing plans for India and international markets.
  • Establish marketing as a key driver of pipeline generation and revenue growth.
  • Position Kapture CX as a leader in AI-powered Customer Experience.

🎯 Enterprise Demand Generation

  • Own end-to-end demand generation strategy focused on enterprise customers.
  • Optimize the complete funnel from awareness to qualified pipeline and revenue.
  • Track campaign effectiveness using key metrics such as pipeline generated, CAC, CPL, conversion rates, and marketing ROI.

🚀 Product Marketing

  • Own product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy.
  • Partner with Product and Sales teams to launch new products and features successfully.
  • Develop sales enablement materials, customer stories, case studies, and competitive intelligence.
  • Ensure consistent product messaging across all marketing channels.

🌍 Enterprise Events & CX Programs

  • Conceptualize and execute high-impact enterprise marketing events, CX summits, roundtables, executive dinners, webinars, and industry conferences.
  • Build strategic event-led demand generation programs that engage decision-makers and generate qualified opportunities.
  • Manage event strategy from planning to execution and post-event pipeline measurement.

🌟 Brand & Communications

  • Strengthen Kapture CX's brand positioning across global markets.
  • Drive thought leadership, PR, analyst relations, executive branding, and customer success stories.
  • Ensure consistency across all brand and communication touchpoints.

👥 Team Leadership

  • Lead and mentor cross-functional teams.
  • Build a culture of collaboration, innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.

📊 Marketing Operations & Analytics

  • Own marketing budgets, planning, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Build dashboards to measure pipeline, revenue contribution, campaign performance, and ROI.
  • Improve marketing attribution and leverage AI and automation to enhance efficiency.

What We're Looking For

Must-Have Qualifications

  • 10–12 years of experience in B2B Enterprise Marketing , preferably in SaaS, AI, CX, CRM, or Enterprise Technology.
  • Proven success in building and scaling enterprise marketing programs that drive measurable business growth.
  • Strong expertise in Demand Generation , Product Marketing , Brand Marketing , and Go-to-Market strategy .
  • Demonstrated experience in planning and executing CX-focused events , executive roundtables, conferences, webinars, and enterprise engagement programs.
  • Experience leading and managing Demand Generation, Product Marketing, and Design/Creative teams .
  • Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles and marketing-to-sales alignment.
  • Experience working with global markets such as North America, Middle East, APAC, or Europe.
  • Strong analytical mindset with expertise in marketing metrics, attribution, and ROI measurement.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in high-growth B2B SaaS organizations.
  • Exposure to AI-powered products or enterprise software.
  • MBA from a reputed institution is a plus.
