Job Summary:

We are looking for a results-driven SEO & Digital Marketing Executive to strengthen our online presence and drive qualified traffic across our digital channels. This role is primarily focused on SEO, including website optimisation, keyword research, and organic growth, while also supporting digital marketing initiatives such as paid advertising, campaign execution, and performance analysis. Key Responsibilities:

SEO

  • Develop and execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic rankings.
  • Conduct comprehensive keyword research for website pages, blogs, landing pages, and new campaigns.
  • Optimise existing website content, metadata, internal linking, and technical SEO elements.
  • Plan and manage the SEO content calendar in collaboration with the content and design teams.
  • Create SEO briefs and ensure blogs are optimised for search intent and user experience.
  • Monitor website health, crawl issues, indexing, Core Web Vitals, and technical SEO performance.
  • Perform regular website audits and recommend improvements for better search visibility.
  • Track keyword rankings, organic traffic, and conversions using SEO tools.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and identify opportunities for organic growth.
  • Stay updated with Google's algorithm changes and SEO best practices.

Digital Marketing

  • Launch and optimise paid campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads.
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimise budgets to maximise ROI.
  • Create campaign reports and provide actionable insights.
  • Assist in developing landing pages for lead generation campaigns.
  • Support the content creative team with remarketing, audience segmentation, and campaign targeting strategies.
  • Coordinate with the creative team for ad copies, creatives, and campaign assets.
  • Analyse campaign metrics including CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates.
