Job Type: Full-Time

Location: Waghäusel, Germany (Hybrid)

Compensation: €80,000 – €120,000 OTE

Experience Required: Minimum 5 years

Languages: German C1, English C1

Requirements

  • Sales leadership — Several years of B2B sales experience with a focus on field sales and team leadership.
  • Healthcare market — Background in supplements, food, natural cosmetics, or pharmacy/therapist environments.
  • Passion for natural health — Strong interest in naturopathy and micronutrients.
  • Team building — Proven success in building or scaling field sales organizations.
  • Performance management — Experience developing KPIs and managing performance.
  • Leadership skills — Ability to lead through clear goals and develop people.
  • Travel readiness — Willingness to travel frequently to customers and team meetings.
  • Language proficiency — Fluent in German and English.

Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Field sales organization — Build and lead the therapy network field sales team from the ground up.
  • Strategic development — Define target groups, territories, processes, and KPIs for sustainable growth.
  • Partnership building — Establish long-term relationships with therapists, practitioners, and pharmacies.
  • Market analysis — Identify growth opportunities and provide strategic input for sales, marketing, and product development.
  • Process optimization — Implement scalable processes and enhance HubSpot as a central CRM tool.
  • Event management — Plan and manage trade fairs, congresses, and events to expand networks and acquire new partners.
  • Performance culture — Build a strong sales organization with clear structures and measurable results.
