Job Type: Full-Time
Location: Waghäusel, Germany (Hybrid)
Compensation: €80,000 – €120,000 OTE
Experience Required: Minimum 5 years

Requirements
- Sales leadership — Several years of B2B sales experience with a focus on field sales and team leadership.
- Healthcare market — Background in supplements, food, natural cosmetics, or pharmacy/therapist environments.
- Passion for natural health — Strong interest in naturopathy and micronutrients.
- Team building — Proven success in building or scaling field sales organizations.

Tasks & Responsibilities
- Field sales organization — Build and lead the therapy network field sales team from the ground up.
- Strategic development — Define target groups, territories, processes, and KPIs for sustainable growth.
- Partnership building — Establish long-term relationships with therapists, practitioners, and pharmacies.
- Market analysis — Identify growth opportunities and provide strategic input for sales, marketing, and product development.
- Process optimization — Implement scalable processes and enhance HubSpot as a central CRM tool.
- Event management — Plan and manage trade fairs, congresses, and events to expand networks and acquire new partners.
- Performance culture — Build a strong sales organization with clear structures and measurable results.
