Job Type: Full-Time
Location: Waghäusel, Germany (Hybrid)
Compensation: €80,000 – €120,000 OTE
Experience Required: Minimum 5 years

Requirements
- Sales leadership — Several years of B2B sales experience, ideally in consultative or project-oriented organizations.
- Consultative/project sales — Experience with complex decision-making processes.
- Scalable structures — Proven success in building scalable sales processes and KPI systems.
- Team leadership — Experience leading and developing high-performing sales teams.
- Hands-on leadership — Ability to lead through numbers, make clear decisions, and contribute operationally when needed.
- Language proficiency — Fluent in German and English.
- Industry expertise — Plus: experience in supplements, food, pharma, contract manufacturing, HubSpot, or white/private-label business.
Tasks & Responsibilities
- Sales organization — Build a scalable project sales organization with clear processes, KPIs, and structures.
- Leadership — Lead project sales strategically and operationally, reporting directly to management.
- Sales landscape — Develop playbooks, offer logic, training, and meeting structures.
- KPIs & forecasting — Define KPIs, establish reliable forecasting, and ensure transparency.
- Strategic accounts — Manage key customer relationships, complex projects, and contract negotiations.
- Cross-functional collaboration — Coordinate with product development, production, quality, and marketing.
- CRM optimization — Use HubSpot as a central management tool, developing CRM standards and dashboards.
- Market analysis — Monitor market trends, identify opportunities, and represent the company at events.
- Sales development — Transform project sales into a professional, scalable B2B organization.
