Job Type: Full-Time

Location: Waghäusel, Germany (Hybrid)

Compensation: €80,000 – €120,000

Requirements

  • D2C growth leadership — Full responsibility for online shop growth, performance marketing, and budget management.
  • Customer acquisition — Scale acquisition across paid, SEO, social, and influencer channels; optimize conversion, funnel, and unit economics (CAC, CLV, retention).
  • Data-driven setup — Establish KPIs, tracking, attribution, testing, and forecasting for measurable growth.
  • Brand positioning — Ensure consistent communication across all touchpoints (shop, ads, content, social).
  • Product marketing — Build and refine value propositions, go-to-market strategies, and portfolio logic.
  • Team leadership — Lead and develop performance, brand/creative, and product marketing teams into a scalable, KPI-driven organization.
  • B2B support — Strengthen pipeline through targeted marketing assets and positioning.

Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Leadership experience — Several years leading D2C/e-commerce marketing teams.
  • Hands-on approach — Willingness to step in operationally when needed.
  • Commercial growth expertise — Strong in online marketing, KPIs, testing, and budget management.
  • Brand & positioning — Skilled in brand development and communication.
  • Product marketing — Practical experience with value propositions and go-to-market strategies.
  • Tech affinity — Knowledge of tracking, attribution, paid channels, SEO, automation, and AI.
  • Structured leadership — Clear, systematic, and performance-driven leadership style.
  • Industry knowledge — Plus: experience in health or supplements.
