Requirements
- Educational background — Degree in business, marketing, sales, or equivalent qualification.
- Sales & marketing experience — Several years of experience, ideally in payroll or software sales.
- Team leadership — Proven ability to lead and support a team with a hands-on approach.
- Analytical mindset — Strong analytical skills and entrepreneurial thinking.
- Communication skills — Confident in German and English, with strong networking abilities.
Tasks & Responsibilities
- Team leadership — Lead, develop, and manage a 5-person sales and marketing team.
- Strategy development — Create and implement integrated strategies focused on acquiring mid-sized business clients and promoting software solutions.
- Activity management — Plan, control, and monitor all sales, marketing, and customer retention activities, including budget responsibility.
- Market analysis — Identify growth opportunities and support product and pricing development.
- Process optimization — Drive digitalization and automation projects in sales and marketing.
- Relationship building — Establish and maintain strategic customer and partner relationships; represent the company at events and networking opportunities.
