Data Scientist

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement advanced data science solutions using Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Generative AI (GenAI) techniques.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Operations, IT, and Sustainability, to deliver innovative business solutions.
• Translate complex business challenges into scalable, data-driven solutions.
• Apply best practices for model development, validation, deployment, and monitoring.
• Drive the adoption of modern data science tools, methodologies, and AI technologies within the organization.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• 5+ years of professional experience in Data Science with a strong track record of delivering industrial or enterprise-scale analytics projects.
• Proven expertise in Cloud-based Data Analytics platforms and production-ready AI/ML solutions.
• Experience deploying Machine Learning and AI models into production environments.
• Strong proficiency in programming languages commonly used in Data Science (such as Python, R, SQL, etc.).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Fluent in English.
• Willingness to work from the Brussels office every Tuesday and Thursday.
