Acceptance

By creating an account or using any part of OnJob.io, you confirm that you are at least 16 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement, and you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization.

Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of your profile, for keeping your login credentials secure, and for all activity under your account. Provide truthful information, keep it current, and notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. You may close your account at any time from your settings.

Acceptable use

When using OnJob.io, you agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, discriminatory, or unlawful content, including fake profiles or job listings.
• Scrape, harvest, or resell candidate data, or use automated tools to access the service without our written permission.
• Harass, spam, or attempt to bypass our security, rate limits, or verification systems.
• Infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of others.

Subscriptions & billing

OnJob.io offers a Free plan at ₹0/month and a Pro plan at ₹99/month. Paid subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period, and fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with prior notice, and any change applies to your next billing cycle.

Intellectual property

OnJob.io, including its software, design, logos, and content, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual-property laws. You retain ownership of the content you submit (such as your resume and profile), and grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, display, and process it as needed to operate the service and match you to opportunities. We grant you a limited, revocable license to use the service for its intended purpose.

Disclaimers

OnJob.io is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee employment, interviews, or specific outcomes, and AI match scores, salary predictions, and insights are estimates, not promises. We are not party to any agreement between candidates and employers and are not responsible for hiring decisions or third-party conduct.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OnJob.io and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or opportunities. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or ₹1,000.

Termination

You may stop using OnJob.io and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, create risk or legal exposure, or for prolonged inactivity. On termination, your right to use the service ends, though provisions that by their nature should survive (such as intellectual property, disclaimers, and liability limits) will continue to apply.
